Here's some more two cents I got here, VGA is the only that is really credited right.. Well, if there is someone who can do better and can build a team that is better, then I say start your own team, rival the VGA and take the place of them. The only way to fight something you don't like is either don't go to them or start up against them and see who is boss. I am sure with enough backing and time you can rival a small company like the VGA. Shot, I would help.

btw i tried this one time (never again of course)

sent a game to grade ASAP. i payed the best and fastest (2-4 bus. day turnaround (as stated in vvgrader)). standard size and and cost $70.
game was sent in from chicago. got the massage that they got the game and it took 2 weeks to get the answer what is the grade

I haven't gone through the entire thread but I must read it!

I've had my lessons from rarebucky as well. There are too many stories to tell but here are 2 most significant ones that I remember clearly:

1. Kirby 64 VGA 95

So this seller listed this game on eBay for $1000 obo. I made an offer of $600 via the eBay best offer system. After a few hours, the game was mysteriously unlisted as "the item is no longer available". Naturally, I emailed the seller and asked what's wrong. He said the game was sold to bucky. Then I asked why, I made an offer first and said would offer up to $800. He then sold the game to me. I have to admit that although I made the first offer, I sort of back doored bucky because my second offer was made after the seller told me it was sold.

Bucky found out, threatened the hell out of me, banned me on SGH etc. I was too weak and was bullied out of giving the game back to him. I was scared at the time, I literally begged the seller to refund my money and promised to buy his other games. I ended up buying the seller's other crappier games and he returned the game to bucky. If I remember correctly, I think bucky paid much less than what I paid the seller.

2. Bucky tried to sell me GBA Zelda Oracles of Ages and Seasons for $6000

He said he had a pair of this game graded VGA U95+. I said I would pay the price if these were the highest grades available - note this question I asked. (I still have his email replies if you wanna look at them.) He replied with a smiley face saying of course they are, you couldn't possibly get anything higher than that.

I almost paid until I found out that he was actually keeping a pair of U100s to himself. I confronted him and he said well those were never "available for sale" so technically speaking, U95+ are the highest grades "available".

That is not backdooring, you simply beat his offer by offering more, the game was not sold as well. Although I would Backdoor a lying re seller any day.
