The last thing you have to do in most games is to beat the final boss. Usually also the most difficulty thing you have to defeat in a game.

Everyone likes a perfect climax in the end of a game.

Best 3D battle I've ever played was Gruntilda ta Banjo Kazooie. Even nowdays I find this battle very very interesting and clever. Old Rareware FTW!!!
